Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date (not the order date).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@projectfoundry.co with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Do not ship any item back to us without first receiving an approved return label.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free on all returns. We provide a prepaid return label for every approved return.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Refund Method and Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status by email. Approved refunds, less the restocking fee, are processed within 3β5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
